Role Overview

Be Seen Marketing is seeking a highly capable Marketing & Operations Lead to oversee the daily execution of campaigns, manage field teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships. This individual will function as the operational backbone of the agency, ensuring that promotions, events, and digital activations are executed seamlessly. The ideal candidate combines strong operational discipline with marketing creativity, particularly within FMCG promotions, experiential marketing, and event activations. This is a leadership role requiring someone who is autonomous, highly organized, and capable of representing the agency professionally with major clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management
● Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for agency clients
● Lead campaign briefings, check-ins, and reporting meetings
● Translate client objectives into clear execution plans for the team
● Maintain high client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
Campaign & Promotion Management
● Plan and oversee FMCG supermarket promotions, sampling campaigns, and brand activations
● Manage promoter scheduling, staffing logistics, and location approvals
● Ensure proper inventory tracking for promotional products
● Oversee campaign reporting and performance analysis
Event & Activation Management
● Lead planning and execution of brand activations, launches, and corporate events
● Coordinate vendors including staging, lighting, promoters, logistics, and transport
● Develop detailed run-of-show documents and operational timelines
● Ensure flawless execution on event day
Operations & Team Leadership
● Manage promoters, ambassadors, and project coordinators
● Conduct training sessions for promotional teams
● Ensure strong internal communication across projects
● Implement operational systems that improve efficiency
Reporting & Performance Tracking
● Oversee campaign reporting including:
● Sampling reports
● Promotional insights
● Retail engagement metrics
● Prepare weekly summaries for the Leadership Team
● Monitor project budgets and operational costs
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
● 3–5 years experience in marketing, promotions, or FMCG brand activations
● Proven experience managing teams or field staff
● Demonstrated experience planning and executing events or activations
● Strong understanding of retail promotions and consumer engagement strategies
